St Camillus - Continuing our Tradition of Excellence

Camillus de Lellis   “The poor and the sick are the heart of God.  By serving them, we serve Jesus, the Christ”.  The St. Camillus Order was founded by Camillus de Lellis as a ministry to provide care to the sick, injured, and dying.  The Order has developed into a worldwide relief effort.    The Order of St. Camillus sponsors our St. Camillus campus and takes an active role in our operations.

St. Camillus Continuum of Care Retirement Community:    The St. Camillus continuum of care begins at San Camillo, our premier retirement community offering  beautifully appointed apartments and abundant offerings for dining, daily Mass, education, fitness and social activities.  A full spectrum of health care services and living accommodations are available to support changing needs.

St. Camillus Assisted Living offers a continuous level of support, providing 24-hour care and a vast array of amenities.  St. Camillus Memory Care is a program designed to meet the unique needs of residents who have experienced significant memory loss due to Alzheimer’s or related dementia.

St. Camillus Health and Rehabilitation offers both short-term and long-term care. Our short-term rehab program works to restore an individual’s health and independence, granting them the ability to return home as quickly as possible. Our long-term care programs offer 24-hour nursing care to meet the most complex rehabilitative needs.

St. Camillus Home Health Services offered in the Milwaukee and surrounding communities:   St. Camillus Home Health Services offers additional services on a temporary or long-term basis to those in their home, serving clients in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine Ozaukee and Washington Counties. Services range from a nurse’s visit to regular housekeeping/homemaker services.  St. Camillus Hospice offers palliative and hospice care wherever someone calls home. Our Hospice Team is devoted to serving the terminally ill by providing hope and meaning to those who are suffering, and serenity to those who are dying.  As a Catholic ministry, St. Camillus Home Care and Hospice is committed to following the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services as defined by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
